Anomaly

BIO

Khara Wagner is Partner and CEO of Anomaly in Los Angeles, with more than 20 years of experience helping build and grow iconic brands.

She began her career at BBH, where she found a way out of law school, a path to New York and a passion for the industry. Since then, she has worked across nearly every category, partnering with iconic global brands like McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Visa, and leading portfolios for global companies including Unilever, P&G, and General Mills. Along the way, she’s held roles at agencies such as Grey, Saatchi & Saatchi, and TBWA.

A strategic problem solver at heart, Khara is driven by solutions that are smart, simple, and surprising. She’s a strong advocate for people and culture, leading with the belief that if you work for her, she works for you. She’s deeply curious and a lifelong learner —constantly exploring new technologies, tools, and ways of working.

Now in her fourth year as CEO, Khara is leading Anomaly Los Angeles through its next phase of growth. Nearly a decade after the office was founded, the focus has been on scaling the business through investment in diverse talent, expanded capabilities, and a clear emphasis on creativity that delivers business impact.
